Free Security Consultation

We will provide clients with a free independent security audit and produce clear, comprehensive reports. We will consult on the current security arrangements and offer tailor made.

Retail Security Officer

We provide personnel for retail organisations, larger operations or even national chains. Our security personnel will ensure premises, stock, customers and staff are safe and secure.  Essentially they will help prevent theft and damage, dealing with emergencies.

Our services includes patrolling, securing and monitoring and the outlet premises with the aid of closed circuit television (CCTV), and supervising at the door.

Mobile Security Patrol Response

AMSN Limited is commiteed to providing exceptional mobile patrolling sevrices through highly experienced and dedicated Security Officers. Our personeel are trained to SIA standards, ensuring all incidents are attended by the mobile response team. Our management team ensures regular inspection of these incidents by the 24 hour Control Room, communicating any issues identified to the client immediately.

Incident Response

Our mobile patrol officers perform random or scheduled checks of all  sites and will attend to all reported incidents. The mobile response team are harmonised by the operators of our 24 hour CCTV Control Room, keeping the patrol officers informed of potential risks as it develops and detecting problems early.

Mobile Response / Alarm Activations

Our mobile patrol officers also perform key holding and alarm response services to unmanned properties. Officers will attend the property concerned and carry out assessments to identify the cause of the activation, and then perform the necessary actions in order to resolve the situation.

Out of Hour Visits

Our Mobile Patrol Officers usually perform full site inspections as advised by our clients', these rouutine property checks are usually performed out of business working hours.

Key Holder Escorted Access Service

In the event of alarm activations, our patrol officers will escort client employees to check the premises and perform required ad hoc tasks.

Locking and Unlocking Premises

This service links to our key holding service, patrol officers will take responsibility for locking up and securing our clients' premises at night and then unlocking again in the morning for their employees.

Arming and Disarming Alarm Activations

The responsible officers will always be on the alert to react when they receive alarm activations from the premises. In such situations the security officers investigate the premises for any signs of intrusions; they will report the incident to our management team and then re-set the alarm system and secure the premises. Our management will inform the client immediately of the incident.

Car Park Management

AMSN Limited understands the importance of ensuring a great experience for your customers and visitors from the moment they enter your premises. This is why we provide highly qualified and professional Car Park Security Officers to manage your car park and the traffic flow.

All our Car Parl Security Officers are pro-active and have a "can-do" attitude.  They are visible and highly trained in acting as a deterrent to car park abuse, vandalism and criminals, ensuring a safe and secure car park. The main duties include:

Key Holding and Alarm Response

AMSN Limited provides full hey holding and alarm response services through a group of licensed personnel across the UK. We have 24 hour CCTV Control Room in operation. All staff are trained to deal with all types of alarm activation. Security Officers will perform full site inspections as well as carrying out employee escorts, this reassures our clients that their staff will not independently attend out of hours emergency call outs.

We also provide detailed incident reports along with guidance and assistance with emergency procedures. We provide uniformed licensed personnel who will ensure:

Safe 'Unlocking' and 'Locking' of your property

Our Security Officers will ensure safe 'unlocking' and 'locking' of our clients' property. All our staffs are highly trained to safely open your property in the morning and unset the alarms.

Setting and Alarm System

We provide a secure electronic entry system for employees to use when entering the building. At the end of the day our personnel will ensure all property id 'locked' and properly secured, then set the alarm system.

Regular contact with the Central Control Centre

Our Control Room operators are in regular contact with Security Officers and are able to call for immediate response if interlopers are detected.

Updating of the Key Register and the Diary

Officers will report to the Control Room and update the key register and diary. The assigned security officer will hold an extra set of keys to your building and offer services tailored specifically to suit your requirements.

24 Hour CCTV Control Room Operation

Our Industry Standard Control Room is an integral part of our business, it assists us in providing the following services:

• Remote Video Receiving Centre (RVRC) for the monitoring of live CCTV feeds from our client's site.
• Activations from commercial and domestic alarms are signalled to our Control Room, allowing our closest reponse team's immediate attention.
• Our Control Room receives camera alarm activations from our client's site, enabling us to view live situations and decide on the best course of action.
• Our fleet of response vehicles are co-ordinated and organised from our Control Room.
• Strict observance of the Health & Safety guidelines.

Residential Property Security Officers / House Monitoring

There is greater element of risk attached to vacant properties and can be subjected to vandalism, arsons and squatters. This is the cause of a real threat to the investment in the property as well as holding up any current or future plans.

We are committed to providing fully cost-effective and flexible security solutions for vacant properties through experienced personnel, whether it is a residential or commercial building. We will provide to vacate a property at a few hours notice.

Manned Security Officers (including Ambassador Officers)

AMSN Limited train Security Officers to the SIA standards, ensuring clients experience the best security services for tehir staff and organisation. All our staffs are well trained and will maintain professionalism in all aspects of their role. Our security officers are focused on identifying potential risks early. They will constantly monitor all activities and movements within the site and respond to any issues immediately. Our effective 24 hour CCTV control room operators ensure all operators are reported to the management team, who will then be in contact with you immediately should any problem arise.
